I admire that Joanne has been fervently following her dream ever since, and what impresses me is that she really appreciates how the process brings her down both straight and (more often) crooked roads along the way.
She peers down each road with curiosity and intuition, not afraid to adjust course when needed and to look within herself to see what corrections could be found there.
She is a constant student in that way, exploring herself as much as she studies any modality.
She recognizes the value of her own past mistakes as fuel for her unending compassion and empathy, humbly stating that if she could get through it, so could anyone.
